Main Responsibility:

• Receive orders and operate sales order processing in the system.
• Monitor the back order lead time.
• Perform inbound customer service operation and outbound telemarketing to satisfy customer needs.
• Response the internal and external customer inquiry.
• Handle inquiry / complaint and prepare report or other assignments assigned by supervisor or manager.


• 0-2 years of experience in customer service or sales support fields. New graduated are welcome
• Good Interpersonal skill, human relation with service mind, and positive attitude.
• Able to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and be a good team member.
• Good computer literate in MS Office, Excel, Word.
• Willing and has ability to learn customer service application.
• Able to type both Thai/English (40 words/min)
